mykkym.io is operated by Myk Kym Inc. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the Service. We take a minimal data approach: we collect only what is necessary to operate the Service.
Conversation data: Messages you send through the chat interface are processed to generate AI responses. Conversations are not permanently stored by default.
Contact information: If you submit your email address through the sign-in or lead capture form, we store that information to follow up with you.
Usage data: We may collect basic, anonymised usage data (page visits, error logs) to operate and improve the Service. No personal identifiers are attached to this data.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
The Service uses Anthropic's API to generate AI responses. Your messages are processed by Anthropic in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We do not share identifying information with Anthropic beyond the content of your messages.
The Service is hosted on infrastructure that may process data in the United States and European Union.
The Service uses minimal cookies necessary for operation. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
If you are located in the UK or EU, you have rights under data protection law including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@mykkym.io.
Email addresses collected through lead capture are retained until you request deletion. Conversation data is not retained beyond the active session unless you have an account.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
